Premier Tech is proud to announce the acquisition of Aquatreat by its Water and Environment business group.
Based in Ripollet, Spain, Aquatreat specializes in the manufacture and maintenance of domestic and industrial wastewater treatment systems.
Aquatreat's 30 years of industry experience allows Premier Tech Water and Environment to increase its range of commercial solutions, reinforce its presence in northern Spain, and expand the development of its service network across Europe.
The acquisition is part of Premier Tech's long-term vision for Iberian growth. It complements the 2023 purchase of 40,000 m2 of land in Amposta, in the Spanish province of Tarragona, where a manufacturing plant will be constructed to support Premier Tech's operations at a local level.
