We are pleased to announce that the Indian company Premier Tech Brisanzia Pvt. Ltd. has been fully integrated and now operates under the name Premier Tech Water and Environment.
Premier Tech made the acquisition in 2017 of a majority shareholding position in Brisanzia Technologies Pvt. Ltd., which has then been integrated to its Water and Environment business group. The two companies have since been working closely together, combining their strengths and expertise in wastewater management to better serve the Indian market.
It resulted in Premier Tech Water and Environment assuming sole ownership of the well-implemented and known Delhi-based company in 2022. The full integration under the branding of Premier Tech Water and Environment announced today was the last step that had to be taken to complete the integration process.
Consolidating under the Premier Tech name supports not only the strong local footprint of the Indian company but also its integral part in a global brand and vision. It will allow both companies to leverage the strength of a global team of experts and create more value for their clients, while guiding operations.
